Brightside Kids Yoga

Welcome to Brightside Kids Yoga classes run by Hannah! Each week, children aged from 5 to 12 come together for a fun and imaginative 50-minute session designed to build strength, flexibility, and confidence. Through playful poses, storytelling, and calming mindfulness activities, kids learn to connect with their bodies and emotions in a supportive, upbeat environment. Our classes encourage curiosity, creativity, and cooperation—helping young yogis grow both on and off the mat.
